About me

So my name is Josh. I'm a small little dude and I'm trying to lose body fat and gain some musclex. I'm a nerd and a gamer, two very opposite hobbies from exercising and dieting. As a matter of fact, I use to be at 205 lbs at my heaviest and I'm currently at 153. I actually gained muscle mass while losing body fat (which is awesome).

Anyhow, I'll be posting up random stuff about dieting, exercises, and other health related shit that I find while online. Also anything that catches my interest.
